I have a web filter .. I would like to a server. It would be a proxy for filtering of content that users connect will be open at a time.
Or something like that management server "BIG" pack, where you users, Web filtering, constraints, and desktop sharing, file access and much more.
Can anyone help?

Then you need a server (go to wdservers.com) and S / W (go glype.com) and install mono on the server, and you're good to go ...
